The Empress
With the Empress, we plunge headlong into the springtime of our soul.
Like a young girl discovering the ecstasies of sensuality, the Empress possesses the majesty of a mermaid bathing in the heart of nature. A fertile and lush nature where everything abounds, a Garden of Eden where the apple (of Adam) and the serpent coexist harmoniously.
In her paradise, the Empress expresses her creativity in all its forms. She excels in all the arts, playing the roles of both "interpreter" and "muse." Inevitably, she is surrounded by nymphs and satyrs, and all this lively fauna revels under her rule. For she is, above all, a woman of power: the symbols of her authority leave no doubt. Proud and bubbling with energy, she reigns over the empire of her creations.
Finally, her sexuality is poised to burst forth with a pure and innocent love, as evidenced by the chalice encircling her chest and the discreet bud emerging from the heart of her temple. Beware of diverting her! She can be cruel.

The Empress card releases the explosive energy of adolescence.
A sacred feminine figure, sister to Isis and cousin to Venus, she elevates us to the trinity born from the union of all duality. This elevation simultaneously activates three chakras: the sacral, the solar plexus, and the throat.
More than any other card, the Empress embodies the authentic expression of our creativity. A quintessentially feminine and flamboyant figure, she carries within her the passion and flair of our desire for accomplishment. In this, as in all things, the direct path is the path of the heart. She urges us to connect with the sources of our abundance and to celebrate renewal in all circumstances.
It is therefore a card that predisposes us to joy, curiosity and discovery, sincere communication, generosity, and kindness.
Her promise: "Give, and you shall receive a thousandfold. Take... and you will regret it!"
