2. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to any purchase made by a consumer (natural person acting for non-professional purposes) on tikkoun.be, whether for:

• A recurring subscription (Apprentice, Expert, Master);
• A purchase of additional Tokkouns (digital credits);
• A physical product (Tikkoun card deck, t-shirt);
• An online consultation (birth chart, guided reading).

Any order implies full and unreserved acceptance of these GTC.

3. Products and services

3.1 Digital subscriptions

Tokkouns are internal digital credits specific to the Tikkoun platform. Credited each month to the subscriber’s wallet, they give access to the platform’s digital services: guided readings, birth charts, oracles and AI interpretations. Additional Tokkouns can be purchased with a minimum of 200 Tokkouns per purchase. Unused balances are automatically carried over to the following month (rollover guaranteed). Tokkouns have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged or refunded in cash.

3.2 Additional Tokkouns (top-up)

Additional Tokkouns can be purchased in batches (minimum 200). The price varies according to the active subscription plan. These purchases are one-time payments, non-refundable once credited to the account.

3.3 Physical products

The Tikkoun card deck and t-shirts are produced on demand via Printful. Delivery times are indicative (5–15 working days depending on destination). Prices are inclusive of VAT, excluding shipping costs displayed at the time of order.

3.4 Consultations and readings

AI-guided readings and astrological charts are digital service provisions, executed immediately upon payment. These services have a symbolic and educational purpose; they do not constitute medical, psychological or legal advice.

4. Prices

All prices are displayed in euros including VAT. Tikkoun reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. The prices applied are those in force at the time of the order. Active subscriptions are not affected by a price increase without 30 days’ notice by e-mail.

5. Payment methods

Payments are processed by Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd.), fully secured. Accepted payment methods:

• Bank card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
• Bancontact
• SEPA transfer (subject to availability)

Tikkoun does not store any bank data. All transactions are encrypted (TLS/SSL).

6. Right of withdrawal

6.1 Digital services and digital content

In accordance with Article VI.53, 13° of the Belgian Code of Economic Law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content provided on an intangible medium whose execution has begun with the consumer’s prior agreement.

By validating a purchase of Tokkouns, a reading or an astrological chart, the consumer expressly acknowledges waiving their right of withdrawal for that service.

6.2 Recurring subscriptions

The subscription may be cancelled at any time from the customer area (My Account → Subscription). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; no partial refund is made for the current month.

6.3 Physical products

For physical products (card deck, t-shirts), the consumer has 14 calendar days from receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal, without justification, in accordance with European Directive 2011/83/EU. Return costs are borne by the consumer unless the product is defective.

7. Delivery (physical products)

Orders are shipped via bPost (Belgium) or the most suitable international carrier. A tracking number is communicated by e-mail upon dispatch. In case of abnormal delay, contact [email protected].

8. Limitation of liability

The tarot and astrological interpretations offered on tikkoun.be have a symbolic, educational and personal development purpose. They cannot substitute professional medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. Tikkoun cannot be held liable for decisions taken by the user on the basis of these contents.

9. Intellectual property

Purchasing a Tikkoun product or service confers no right of reproduction or exploitation of the content, the interpretive system or the source code. See the Legal Notice for details of rights.

10. Personal data

Data collected during an order (name, e-mail, address) is used exclusively for processing and tracking the order. It is not transferred to third parties, except to the necessary technical service providers (Stripe for payment, Printful for shipping). See the Privacy Policy.

11. Dispute resolution

In the event of a dispute, the consumer is invited to contact Tikkoun first at [email protected]. In the absence of an amicable resolution, Belgian consumers may refer to the Consumer Mediation Service (mediationconsommateur.be) or the European Online Dispute Resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).

These GTC are governed by Belgian law. In the event of legal dispute, the competent courts are those in the jurisdiction of Tikkoun’s registered office in Belgium.

12. Modification of GTC

Tikkoun reserves the right to modify these GTC at any time. The applicable version is that in force at the time of the order. Modifications are notified to active subscribers by e-mail with 30 days’ notice.
